Mixed berry smoothie recipe easy

Mixed Berry Smoothie –Quick and easy

Mixed berry smoothie recipe easy. If you’re a busy student, resident, or worker like I am you may struggle with finding time to get your daily fruit and veggies in. For me personally since the COVID-19 pandemic has hit it has been especially hard to maintain the most nutritious diet while being cleanly. Most fruits (that are easy to pack) require you to use your bare hands to eat them! So in order to combat this I’ve started to make more smoothies instead!

I typically make my smoothies once I am home from work! I leave the house every morning when it’s dark and my whole family is sleeping. So to make my mornings fast and quieter I drink my smoothies in the evening. Mixed Berry Smoothie –Quick and easy. The added benefit of this is that the smoothie helps curb off my after dinner sweet tooth and my 12 month old who LOVES smoothies gets more veggies in her diet! So let’s get right into the recipe:

  • 1 Frozen Mixed berries packet by dole (they come in about 5 individualized frozen packets, that you can pick up at your local grocery store)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¼- ½ plain Greek yogurt (the more yogurt you add the creamier your smoothie will be)
  • 1 TBSP pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla unsweetened almond milk (You may need more pending how thick or thin you prefer your smoothie)
  • ½ fresh spinach (the secret ingredient & I promise you can’t taste it)

Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

Let me know if you try this and how you like it!

Xoxo,
