Peanut butter chocolate protein shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 1.5 TSBP of natural peanut butter or PB2 can substitute with almond butter
  • 1 heaping TSP of cacao powder
  • 1 heaping TSP natural honey
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 frozen banana (peel before freezing..trust me)
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 3/4 scoop of chocolate protein powder
    Peanut butter chocolate protein shake. I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey. Click image if you want to try it out! (I suggest the 1-2lbs can for newbees) It’s the best protein powder I’ve used that doesn’t make my shakes all taste like chalk (yuck). Peanut butter chocolate protein shake.

Instructions

  1. First add almond milk, and then the rest of the ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend until smooth consistency.
